What is Camp Quality MN?

Camp Quality MN is a 5 day/4 night summer camp for children ages 7-17 with cancer or sickle cell disease and their siblings.

Children with Sickle Cell Disease face many unique barriers. With their safety and medical needs forefront, Camp Quality MN breaks down those barriers for children and families and restores the childhood experience. Surrounded by new friends that can relate, loving volunteers who care, and loads of fun experiences, Camp Quality campers find joy, courage and renewed hope for the future. They are free to be themselves . . . free to be kids again.

Volunteer at Camp!

As a camper companion, you'll be assigned a camper (or two) and spend the week by their side, encouraging them through the activities, keeping an eye out for their safety, helping them remember to get their meds, and generally just helping them have the best experience possible. Camp activities include archery, zipline and high ropes challenge course, arts and crafts, campfires, capture the flag, river tubing, mini-golf, laser tag, and so much more. Don't miss your chance to inspire and be inspired by these amazing kids!

*Warriors who volunteer at camp may be eligible for a stipend from SCFMN

Registration opens March 2020!
